Commissions must be paid upfront and by paypal invoice.

MUST provide references images of the characters, in case that the client doesn't have references it will cost extra. Pose references are ideal but can be described in text.

No refunds after the first sketch is sent.

Base prices may vary if the design is too complicated.

I, Rodrigo Garcia (the artist) claim the rights to the produced drawing and the client is not allowed to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes unless and agreement has been stablished before the start of the commission.

The commissioned art is for the client's personal use only (Upload the artwork online, use it on social media with given credits)

The client is not allowed to : Claim the artwork as your own, Altering the work without consent, Mint the work as an NFT or use it for any cryptocurrency/blockchain related project.

I reserve the right to refuse taking the commission for any reason.
